About the Role
- Lead brand-level promotional mix modeling and campaign lift assessment.
- Translate advanced analytics into actionable insights; mentor a decision science/data science team.
- Partner with business stakeholders (Brand, Sales, I&A, Leadership) to define questions and shape promotional strategy.
- Report to the Director, Predictive Analytics and Insights (hybrid).

How you will contribute
- Develop promotion response models for campaign assessment, targeting, and spend optimization.
- Source data; perform QA and modeling input preparation.
- Manage GCC analysts and vendor partners.
- Provide consultative analytics support across Business Units, I&A, Marketing, Sales, and the Data COE.
- Serve as DS COE point of contact for promotional performance, simulation, and optimization.

Strategic Leadership & Partnership
- Develop forward-looking measurement and campaign lift frameworks.

Modeling, Testing & Optimization
- Design/deploy advanced models (GLM, Bayesian, logistic regression, ML/ensemble).
- Lead ROI/mROI estimation, response curve development, and scenario simulation.
- Apply optimization for resource allocation.
- Plan/measure in-market tests and observational analyses.
- Deliver clear, defensible promotional investment recommendations.

Team Leadership & Innovation
- Mentor and build team capability; drive knowledge sharing.
- Advance modeling methodologies/tools; integrate AI-driven solutions.

Vendor & Project Management
- Ensure timely, high-quality delivery; manage timelines, budgets, and execution.

Skills
- Python, R, SQL, SAS; BI tools (e.g., Tableau).
- Healthcare data experience (e.g., IQVIA, Komodo, Symphony).
- Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Minimum Qualifications
- BS/BA in quantitative field with 3+ years relevant experience.
- Advanced degree preferred; pharma industry experience preferred.

Travel
- Occasional domestic overnight travel.

Compensation & Benefits (summary)
- U.S. base salary range: $116,000–$182,270; may include incentives and benefits (medical/dental/vision, 401(k) match, disability, life insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, and well-being benefits).
