Manager, Cybersecurity Operations

Role: Manager of Cybersecurity Operations leading day-to-day security monitoring and incident response with a focus on Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and SaaS platforms. Responsibilities: oversee security alerts, coordinate MDR and SOC partners, manage security team, develop runbooks, conduct root cause analysis and threat hunting, support data protection policies, and contribute to governance and third-party risk management. Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; 5+ years in cybersecurity roles with leadership experience; hands-on with IAM, SIEM, vulnerability tools, especially in Microsoft environments; familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks like NIST CSF, ISO 27001.
