Manager, Cybersecurity - Manufacturing

Role: Cyber Resiliency Manager responsible for safeguarding and enhancing the cybersecurity resilience of manufacturing site-specific IT and OT systems supporting pharmaceutical production. Responsibilities include developing site-level cyber resiliency strategies, managing incident response and recovery processes, securing OT/ICS environments, ensuring GxP and 21 CFR Part 11 compliance, and delivering cyber awareness training. Requirements: bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; at least five years in cybersecurity, with three in manufacturing or critical infrastructure; strong knowledge of OT/ICS, pharmaceutical manufacturing systems (e.g., MES, LIMS, ERP), and regulatory frameworks (FDA, EMA, NIST CSF, IEC 62443). Preferred: GICSP, CISSP, CISM, or ICS-CERT certifications, and hands-on experience with pharma manufacturing systems and GxP compliance.
