Position Summary
Cybersecurity Manager supporting day-to-day cybersecurity operations, including monitoring, alert investigation, and coordinating incident response with internal teams and third-party security partners. Emphasis on automation and AI/ML to improve detection, response, and efficiency.

Primary Responsibilities
- Monitor/manage security tools and providers; investigate/respond to alerts.
- Own and continuously improve vulnerability & exposure management (tooling, vendor coordination, scanning, penetration testing, remediation tracking).
- Lead threat hunting and manage threat intelligence to identify/analyze/mitigate emerging threats.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to strengthen security posture and drive timely remediation.
- Build/maintain automation scripts and SOAR workflows for log analysis, triage, incident response, and reporting.
- Integrate AI/ML into cybersecurity operations (anomaly detection, analytics, risk analysis).
- Manage the Information Security ticket queue to resolve/escalate per SLOs.
- Support incident response and forensic investigations (analysis, documentation, evidence handling).
- Support audits/assessments/regulatory compliance; maintain and test Cyber Incident Response Plan.
- Support enterprise AI/ML system security (model integrity, data protection, access controls).

Education/Experience/Skills
- Bachelor’s in Cybersecurity/CS/IS or related; ~5 years cybersecurity and prior IT experience (pharma/biotech preferred).
- Required certification (e.g., Security+, SSCP, CCNP Security, CISSP, or equivalent).
- Skills: SIEM/EDR/NDR-NTA, vulnerability management, SOAR; penetration testing/vuln assessments; scripting (Python/PowerShell/Bash); AI/ML fundamentals for cybersecurity; NIST/CIS/MITRE ATT&CK; strong analytical/problem-solving and communication; self-directed; travel domestically/internationally.

Salary Range
$113,200–$141,500 USD
