Role Summary
Manage large accounts within community-based key focus accounts, developing and executing comprehensive account strategies. Collaborate with internal partners to articulate a clear value proposition to customers, consisting of dentists, periodontists, hygienists, office staff, and DSO leadership. Location-specific responsibilities and travel are implied by the role scope.
Responsibilities
- Gain a deep understanding of customer objectives, challenges and market forces and translate this into strategic plans to optimize engagement and account outcomes.
- Partner with DSO Regional Leadership on patient identification initiatives within accounts, tailoring processes and operationalizing products for each account/practice.
- Facilitate Quarterly/Monthly business reviews with key focus accounts to drive product utilization.
- Provide timely market feedback to corporate leadership on customer trends, competitive updates, and industry issues and opportunities.
- Update accounts on payer changes that may impact infusion processes.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and other internal stakeholders to ensure corporate product objectives are met.
- Operate consistently within company compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Required: Associates degree
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree
- Preferred: Minimum 5 years dental sales or DSO experience
- Preferred: P&L management at national account level, including creating and executing business plans with national accounts
- Preferred: Healthcare account experience with ability to build C-suite and regional level relationships
- Required: Ability to understand and present clinical information
- Required: Must reside in defined geography
- Required: Overnight travel is required (up to 60–70%)
- Required: Valid driver's license with a good driving history
