Main Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of the product design function and oversee design delivery across global delivery hubs (U.S., Paris, Hyderabad/India, and potentially Asia).
- Create and nurture a user-centric culture that solves complex design problems and delivers simple solutions.
- Drive unified CX/user experience design in collaboration with CX colleagues, business, and technology leaders; respond to organizational changes.
- Manage and deliver high-quality, on-time design deliverables, adjusting to on-the-fly program needs.
- Attract, hire, and grow a strong design team; provide leadership, direction, and mentorship across interaction designers, visual designers, and prototypers.
- Support direct reports in meeting individual and team goals through coaching and performance growth.
- Drive design innovation; lead all phases of UX design (research distillation, ideation, prototyping, final specs, and implementation).
- Champion human-centered design and mature lean UX practices; integrate design into the Consumer Experience and digital development process.
- Make priority decisions and uphold quality standards when products are not ready to ship.
- Lead and document design strategy, standards, specifications, and patterns; evangelize best practices.
- Collaborate on cross-team process improvements and tool implementation.
- Manage project planning, budgeting, and team capacity; ensure projects stay within approved budgets.

Qualifications / Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Design, HCI, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience creating strategy and designing products.
- Proven experience in creative/design operations and management.
- Dynamic portfolio showing design process and shipped products.
- Experience managing UX/design professionals in a large-scale, complex enterprise environment.
- Experience with iterative design sprints and lean/Agile development.
- Advanced product design skills using human-centered methods aligned to user needs and business goals.
- Ability to develop holistic solutions for product and its UX ecosystem.
- Proficiency with Figma, Miro, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design tools.
- Expert knowledge of design systems and platform interface guidelines (iOS, Android, LMS, connected platforms).
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- Deep understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to listen, articulate, and advocate designs; present to all company levels.
- Familiarity with pharma/health technology (preferred).
