Responsibilities:
- Own the global compliance training matrix; develop and implement role-based compliance training aligned to organizational needs, regulatory expectations, and risk priorities.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness; recommend enhancements to improve learning outcomes.
- Serve as Compliance owner for the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring accurate setup, assignment, tracking, and reporting of compliance training.
- Manage LMS functionality, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements.
- Maintain training records to support audits, inspections, investigations, and internal reporting.
- Design and develop compliance training materials (eLearning modules, instructor-led decks, job aids/quick-reference guides, communications/toolkits).
- Ensure training is clear, engaging, and aligned with adult learning principles.
- Draft, revise, and maintain Compliance policies, SOPs, work instructions, and governance documents.
- Coordinate cross-functional reviews/approvals; maintain version control and repository organization for policy rollouts.
- Streamline training/documentation via automation, templates, and improved workflows.
- Monitor industry trends and regulatory expectations to keep training and policies current.
- Drive learning innovation (microlearning, interactive/scenario-based modules, etc.); support other global compliance initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years in the healthcare industry or related experience.
- 5+ years in training/L&D or related field (preferred).
- Experience managing an LMS.
- Strong instructional design/content development skills; eLearning tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Synthesia) (preferred).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Proven ability to create clear, structured policies and SOPs.
- Strong project management, prioritization, and stakeholder management.
- Knowledge of U.S. healthcare compliance requirements (e.g., PhRMA Code, Anti-Kickback Statute, Sunshine Act) (preferred).
- Ability to work independently, use sound judgment, and handle sensitive information discreetly.
