Responsibilities:
- Own Jira and the Compliance Demand Generation process end-to-end, managing intake, prioritization, and tracking of compliance business requirements across global compliance stakeholders.
- Lead requirements analysis with IT and vendor support by gathering inputs from analytics workshops, the Operations Center of Excellence (CoE), and other stakeholders; translate findings into actionable requirements.
- Identify global process improvement opportunities using user personas and stakeholder needs; proactively improve global compliance analytics dashboards.
- Partner with internal/external stakeholders to refine business and technical requirements and ensure alignment across related compliance initiatives, policies, and systems; support User Acceptance Testing as needed.
- Provide requirements management support to senior leaders and cross-functional teams (Operations CoE, Ethics & Compliance Officers, Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer, and functional compliance teams).
- Drive continuous improvement of the OEC Analytics and GSS tools across multiple regions and business units.
- Operate independently within defined expectations; provide guidance to development vendors and the IT project manager as needed.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Minimum 4 years of experience (or exposure) with compliance, legal, regulatory affairs, government affairs, and/or finance.
- Project Management experience.
- Demonstrated experience with Jira (or equivalent IT task/project management systems) required.
- Experience with analytics tools such as PowerBI required.
- Strongly preferred: requirements gathering/business analysis/demand management in a global compliance or shared services environment.
- Preferred: data profiling, data analysis, and User Acceptance Testing.
- Preferred: persona-based design thinking / user-centered requirements analysis.
- Preferred: integrating compliance programs across systems and cross-functional initiatives.
