Manager, Commercial Training Operations

Role: Manage and optimize the Commercial Training operations to prepare field teams for the launch and commercialization of Compass Pathways' mental health therapies, including COMP360. Responsibilities: oversee learning management system implementation, develop onboarding and training curricula, coordinate cross-functional training activities, analyze training effectiveness through metrics, support operational system training (e.g., Veeva CRM), and act as a primary point of contact for training inquiries. Qualifications: bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Education, or related; 2-3+ years in pharmaceutical or biotech sales/training; experience supporting launch training for complex therapies; strong understanding of pharma commercial models; vendor and LMS management skills.
