Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary IT resource for Medical and Commercial Veeva ecosystem (Vault CRM, PromoMats, MedComms, Network, Open Data, and related integrations).
- Lead development and continuous improvement of processes/operational procedures.
- Manage application support activities; resolve support requests/incidents timely.
- Partner with business stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and vendors to optimize processes and system utilization.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and functional specifications.
- Perform impact assessments; coordinate system integration testing and UAT for enhancements/releases.
- Maintain documentation, support procedures, workflows, and knowledge repositories.
- Provide technical leadership/SME for projects, enhancements, and integrations.
- Troubleshoot complex issues across internal teams and vendors.
- Ensure compliance with applicable standards (including FDA and HIPAA where applicable).
- Build relationships across Commercial, Medical Affairs, IT, and external partners.
Qualifications / Skills
- Strong expertise supporting Veeva Commercial and Medical platforms (Vault CRM, PromoMats, MedComms, Network, Open Data).
- Experience translating complex requirements into technical/operational solutions.
- Vendor relationship management in pharma/biotech; manage multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical/troubleshooting/problem-solving; requirements gathering/workflows/documentation.
- Knowledge of SaaS, relational databases, and enterprise integrations; understanding of data architectures (master data, commercial data warehouses/data lakes).
- Excellent communication/presentation; influence and build consensus; work independently in direct/matrixed settings.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s in IT/CS/Business (or related); Veeva Vault CRM Certification.
- Plus: other certifications; FDA/HIPAA familiarity.
- Minimum: 5 years system support in pharma/biotech; hands-on Veeva administration; direct support of Medical Affairs and Commercial field teams.

Compensation/Benefits (as stated)
- Base salary range: $133,500–$163,300 USD/year; includes annual performance cash bonus, new hire equity grant, and potential annual equity awards.
