Manager, Commercial Systems

Role: Commercial Systems Manager – Veeva Applications Support, focusing on administration, support, and enhancement of Veeva platforms supporting Medical Affairs and Commercial teams. Responsibilities: serve as primary IT contact for Veeva Vault CRM, PromoMats, MedComms, Network, and Open Data; optimize system processes, manage support activities, translate business needs into technical solutions, coordinate UAT, and maintain documentation. Ensure compliance with FDA and HIPAA standards; build cross-functional relationships; lead process improvements and support strategic initiatives. Requirements: minimum 5 years supporting SaaS platforms in pharma/biotech; deep expertise in Veeva Commercial and Medical platforms; experience with vendor management, system integration, and regulatory compliance; strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills; Bachelor's degree preferred; Veeva Vault CRM certification a plus.
