Manager, Commercial Supply Chain Operations

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and manage progression of drug product (DP) through packaging into finished goods (FG), scheduling FG runs promptly after DP release to maximize shelf life and meet demand.
- Maintain finite production schedules at CDMOs to ensure on-time manufacture, execution, testing, and release of DS/DP/FG batches aligned to forecast and contractual commitments.
- Own inventory management/control across CDMOs and 3PLs to meet inventory targets and ensure uninterrupted supply.
- Provide timely, accurate inventory reporting (levels, batch status, material movements, expiry).
- Manage shipping/logistics across the network, including cold-chain and qualified-lane requirements.
- Respond to temperature excursions/deviations with Quality and partners, driving disposition and supporting investigations/CAPAs.
- Support commercial supply planning and monthly S&OP with risk/constraint identification and actions.
- Implement tools/processes to scale supply chain, including AI/agentic automation.
- Track/report key supply performance metrics and maintain complete records.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain/Engineering/Life Sciences or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years hands-on pharma/biotech supply chain experience, including commercial supply planning.
- Experience in biologics DS/DP planning & scheduling; DP-to-FG packaging coordination; inventory control in a GMP environment.
- Shipping/logistics experience, including cold-chain distribution.
- Experience building AI/agentic automation (e.g., Claude); advanced Excel and Smartsheet.
- Working knowledge of GMP, batch release, and impacts of temperature excursions.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, organization, and ability to work in a fast-paced matrixed environment; comfort with ambiguity.
- Hybrid at Waltham, MA; travel ~10–15%.

Compensation:
Eligible for competitive compensation and benefits; base salary range $107,700–$134,636.
