Manager, Commercial Finance
Responsibilities:
- Assist in gathering, analyzing, and maintaining Commercial brand team budgets and quarterly reforecasts
- Work with brand teams to address business/financial challenges
- Analyze quarterly budget-to-actual variance reports by brand and cost center
- Liaison between Commercial, Medical Affairs, and G&A to ensure communication, information flow, and company alignment
- Prepare financial analysis for ad hoc requests and special projects
- Track and reconcile monthly headcount and FTE utilization; assist with creation and upload of annual budget requests
- Work with internal Finance colleagues for corporate needs and deliverables associated with Commercial data
- Manage internal financial systems; coordinate quarterly reforecast processes and ensure data integrity
- Identify process improvements to increase support for brand teams and cost centers
- Develop long-range plans, budgets, and resource allocations (including headcount) for Commercial operations
- Implement tools and manage resource planning activities, including FTE utilization across programs and cost centers
- Ensure compliance with Regeneron standards operating procedures/policies and governmental/industry regulations governing sales, marketing, and commercialization of prescription pharmaceuticals

Qualifications:
- BS required
- 7–10+ years of experience in finance, budgeting, and forecasting
- Understanding of Finance and Accounting principles required
Preferred/Plus:
- Knowledge of automated systems for estimating, budgeting, forecasting, monitoring, planning, and allocating resources for Commercial operations
- Basic understanding of Commercialization of products in Biotech/Pharma
- Oracle platform (Hyperion) experience (administrative capacity)
Required Skills/Experience:
- Extensive experience with MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint
