Manager, Commercial Data Management

Role: Manager, Data Management within US Decision Sciences, responsible for executing data management activities to support accurate, analytics-ready commercial data for reporting and insights. Responsibilities: support data pipeline ingestion, transformation, validation, and troubleshooting; own specific data sources and ensure data quality and documentation; collaborate with IT and external vendors for data loads and issue resolution. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Data Sciences, Engineering, or related; at least 3 years' experience in pharma or healthcare data management; proficiency with commercial data sources (e.g., IQVIA, Komodo), SQL, and modern data platforms; deep understanding of US-based pharma data and data validation practices. Preferred: experience supporting data pipelines from ingestion to analytics delivery; familiarity with BI tools and cloud data warehouses.
