Manager, Commercial Asset Management & Operations

Role: Manage end-to-end commercial materials and field assets for U.S. biopharma brands, supporting marketing operations, field enablement, and compliance. Responsibilities: oversee lifecycle management of print and physical assets, including production, inventory, warehousing, fulfillment, and disposition; coordinate material updates for launches and label changes; lead commercial project management, vendor relations, and PRC coordination; support field inquiries, training, and platform administration; drive operational excellence and compliance with industry regulations. Requirements: Bachelor's in business, marketing, or related fields; 5+ years in commercial operations, marketing, or asset management within regulated industries such as pharma, biotech, or medical devices; experience managing print production, warehousing, logistics, and vendor performance; proficiency with Veeva PromoMats and project management tools; PMP or process improvement certifications are a plus.
