Manager, Commercial Analytics & Reporting

Role: Manager of Commercial Analytics & Reporting supporting strategic decision-making for Tonix’s CNS and immunology portfolio. Responsibilities: develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and reports using Power BI; analyze patient journeys, sales force effectiveness, market access, and operational data; identify trends, risks, and opportunities; ensure data integrity; collaborate with cross-functional teams including Commercial, Medical, Market Access, Finance, and IT; support forecasting and strategic planning; and guide data-driven insights for senior leadership. Requirements: bachelor's in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related; 5+ years in data analytics, BI, or commercial reporting, preferably within pharma/healthcare; strong proficiency in SQL, Power BI, Excel; experience working with healthcare datasets like IQVIA or Symphony; and supporting commercial orgs including Sales and Market Access. Preferred qualifications include experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Veeva) and supporting product launches. High-Value: focus on healthcare data analytics within biopharma, supporting commercial functions, with a strong emphasis on data visualization, quality, and cross-departmental collaboration.
