Position Summary
- Commercially oriented analytics professional for the Commercial Insights & Performance team.
- Translate complex healthcare data into clear, actionable insights to shape brand strategy and business decisions.
- Partner with marketing, sales, and patient value access teams to identify opportunities, diagnose performance drivers, and inform key initiatives.
- Individual contributor role focused on execution and analysis.
Primary Responsibilities
- Analyze and synthesize data across claims, prescription, HUB, specialty pharmacy, and other commercial datasets to identify business performance drivers.
- Translate business questions into structured analyses and actionable insights for brand strategy, patient journey optimization, and field execution.
- Develop and maintain KPI dashboards and performance tracking across the patient funnel.
- Partner cross-functionally with marketing, patient support services, market access, sales, and commercial operations.
- Identify opportunities to improve data quality, consistency, and usability.
- Communicate insights via presentations and storytelling for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Support forecasting, market trends and sizing, and ad hoc analyses.
Education/Experience/Skills (Required)
- Bachelorβs or Masterβs degree in a relevant field (engineering, business analytics, business, economics, statistics, healthcare analytics).
- 5+ years of experience in commercial analytics, business analytics, or related.
Key Skills (Required)
- Healthcare data experience (claims, Rx, medical claims, or similar).
- Strong SQL and experience with large datasets (e.g., Snowflake or similar).
- Data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
- Problem-solving and ability to structure ambiguous business questions.
- Ability to translate data into clear business insights.
Preferred Skills
- Advanced analytics; forecasting, segmentation, or performance analytics.
- Patient journey/funnel or market access dynamics.
- Basic statistical analysis (modeling/testing/experimentation).
- Python or R exposure (not required as primary coding role).
