Position Summary
- Commercially oriented analytics professional for the Commercial Insights & Performance team; translate complex healthcare data into clear, actionable insights that shape brand strategy and business decisions.

Primary Responsibilities
- Analyze and synthesize data across claims, prescription (Rx), HUB, specialty pharmacy, and other commercial datasets to identify business performance drivers.
- Translate business questions into structured analyses and actionable insights for brand strategy, patient journey optimization, and field execution.
- Build and maintain KPI dashboards and performance tracking across the patient funnel.
- Partner cross-functionally with marketing, patient support, market access, sales, and commercial operations.
- Improve data quality, consistency, and usability across datasets.
- Communicate insights via presentations and storytelling for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Support forecasting, market trends/sizing, and ad hoc analyses.

Qualifications
- Bachelorโ€™s or Masterโ€™s in a relevant field (engineering, business analytics, business, economics, statistics, healthcare analytics).
- 5+ yearsโ€™ experience in commercial analytics, business analytics, or related.

Required/Key Skills
- Healthcare data experience (claims, Rx, medical claims or similar).
- Strong SQL; experience with large datasets (e.g., Snowflake).
- Data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
- Problem-solving and ability to structure ambiguous business questions.
- Excellent communication; translate data into business insights.

Preferred Skills
- Advanced analytics; interpret outputs into recommendations.
- Patient journey/funnel/market access analytics.
- Forecasting, segmentation, performance analytics.
- Statistical analysis (basic modeling/testing/experimentation).
- Python or R exposure (not required as primary coding).

Salary Range
- $122,000โ€”$152,600 USD
