Key Responsibilities
- Track and analyze physician, account, patient, and competitive data at national and sub-national levels to strengthen brand team understanding of marketplace performance and opportunities.
- Develop fact-based promotional investment strategies; guide investment decisions via marketing mix/business optimization and other analyses to optimize performance, influence business growth, and inform annual financial forecasting and brand planning.
- Develop near-term KPIs and longer-term ROI measurements to recommend how to optimize promotional channels.
- Support the financial planning process, providing input and serving as a conduit to Forecasting for monthly estimates, annual plan, and long-range plan deliverables.
- Identify sub-national drivers of cross-brand performance for greater granularity across distribution channels and customers.
- Leverage analytic models that meet business and technical criteria.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver integrated analytics.
- Lead contract support and work with external suppliers to increase use of advanced modeling and analytic methods.
Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree in marketing, sales, engineering, or quantitative analysis.
- 3+ years of experience in quantitative analysis of sales and marketing information in the pharmaceutical industry.
- 3+ years preparing and presenting quantitative analysis orally and in writing using PowerPoint for leadership.
- 1+ year experience in one or more: managing ML/predictive analytics projects and presenting to stakeholders; using third-party pharmaceutical data sources (IQVIA, SHS Sales Data, or specialty pharmacy data); managing data/analytics support vendors using project management skills; working in a large multi-site matrix organization.
