Manager, CMC Project Management

Role: Project Manager for CMC development programs within Technical Operations and Quality at Alnylam, primarily supporting RNAi therapeutics. Responsibilities: lead cross-functional project execution, develop integrated plans, manage risks and dependencies, facilitate team meetings, and drive process improvements. Coordinates with Manufacturing, Process Sciences, Analytical Science, Supply Chain, Quality, and Regulatory teams, as well as external partners, to ensure timely delivery of preclinical to commercial CMC milestones. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent; minimum 5 years' project management experience in biotech or pharma, supporting CMC programs (preclinical through commercial). Skills include strong organizational, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management, with proficiency in project management tools like Smartsheet, Planisware, or MS Project.
