Manager, Clinical Supply Chain

Role: Manager of Clinical Supply Chain supporting end-to-end planning, execution, and maintenance of clinical supplies—including investigational products, comparators, and ancillary materials—for early- to mid-phase (Phases 1–3) clinical trials. Responsibilities: develop and execute supply strategies, manage demand forecasts and inventory via IRT systems, oversee packaging, labeling, distribution, and resupply; coordinate with vendors, CDMOs, Quality, and CMC teams to ensure compliance, timely delivery, and supply availability; monitor shelf-life, manage temperature excursions, and support product recovery activities; communicate across functional teams and author Pharmacy Manuals. Requirements: Bachelor's in engineering or science; 3–5 years of biotech/pharma experience in clinical supply chain, including international operations; strong knowledge of GMP/GDP, logistics, and cross-functional project coordination; proven ability to manage external vendors and CDMOs; excellent organizational and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Preferred: experience supporting clinical development programs with biologics or small molecules in early- to mid-phase trials.
