Manager, Clinical Site and Participant Experience

Role: Manager, Clinical Site and Participant Experience (CSPE) on the Clinical Program Optimization & Innovation team, focused on enhancing trial experience for sites and participants. Responsibilities: build and maintain strong relationships with clinical trial sites, provide proactive support and issue resolution, incorporate participant feedback into study planning, and identify ways to reduce participant burden. Collaborates across Clinical Operations, Development, Medical Affairs, and external partners, primarily supporting North American sites with knowledge of European operations. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, 6+ years in Clinical Operations or Development, including 3+ years in site engagement roles; understanding of clinical trial processes, regulations (GCP, FDA, EMA), and participant-centric solutions.
