Responsibilities encompass team management, developing educational materials, delivering training on protocols, mechanisms of action, and safety, and addressing site-specific barriers to enrollment. The role involves maintaining direct site engagement, supporting investigator meetings, and contributing to protocol development with a focus on psychiatry. Required qualifications include an advanced degree (PhD, PharmD, MD, or related), 5+ years in psychiatric clinical care or research, strong understanding of clinical trial design, GCP, and site operations, and excellent communication skills. Preferred skills include CNS experience, prior site training or clinical education roles, and familiarity with virtual training platforms. The position entails approximately 50% travel, requires the ability to support virtual and in-person training, and reports to senior leadership. This role is remote and focuses on advancing personalized neuroscience therapeutics within psychiatric indications, emphasizing site support, scientific education, and cross-functional collaboration.
