Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with 4+ years in clinical project management within biotech/pharma; experience supporting CRO/vendor oversight; knowledge of trial timelines, enrollment forecasting, GCP, FDA, EMA regulations; familiarity with clinical development and trial design. Skills: Strong cross-functional communication, stakeholder relationship-building, detail orientation, problem-solving, and multitasking in dynamic environments; PMP certification is a plus.
