Manager, Clinical Operations

Role: Clinical Operations Manager overseeing trial management for Phase I-IV studies in biotech, medtech, and specialty pharma. Responsibilities: manage clinical operations staff and resources to ensure project delivery; develop cross-functional process improvements; ensure audit readiness; establish departmental performance metrics and training standards; mentor and coach team members. Requirements: recognized undergraduate degree, preferably in Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry, Psychology, or Nursing; minimum 6 years in clinical research; at least 3 years of supervisory/management experience in clinical operations; prior CRA onsite monitoring experience; strong leadership, interpersonal, and matrix environment skills.
