Manager, Calibration & Metrology

Role: Manager of Calibration & Metrology overseeing site calibration and metrology programs, ensuring compliance with FDA, GMP, ISO standards. Responsibilities: lead calibration of approx. 2,500 assets, manage team, vendors, budgets, KPIs, and audit readiness; develop calibration procedures; investigate out-of-tolerance issues; optimize calibration intervals; oversee CMMS asset records and safety initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field, 8+ years management experience, deep knowledge of metrology principles, proficiency with calibration software (e.g., ProCal), and experience in regulated environments like medical devices or pharma. High-Value: technical leadership in calibration/metrology, GMP/ISO compliance, managing large asset bases, regulated manufacturing environment.
