Position Summary
The Manager, Site Business Enablement will support cross-site value generation and harmonization initiatives within Operations Procurement, driving efficiency, operational excellence, and sustainable business outcomes. Partners with site and functional stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and implement opportunities delivering measurable P&L impact, cost avoidance, and productivity improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Accountable for identification and execution of cross-site value generation and harmonization opportunities.
- Partner with site Procurement and cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment, adoption, and implementation of priority initiatives.
- Analyze spend, process, and operational data to identify efficiency, cost avoidance, and improved business performance opportunities.
- Drive tail spend optimization (spend analysis, opportunity assessment, solution implementation, and tracking benefit realization).
- Enable catalog strategy implementation and expansion to improve adoption and efficiency.
- Contribute to operational excellence via process improvements and standardization.
- Manage and monitor change management for adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working.
- Monitor project progress, track benefits, and communicate results, risks, and dependencies to leadership.
- Develop scalable, repeatable approaches to enhance operational consistency across sites.
Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 6 yearsβ experience in procurement, operations, supply chain, business enablement, or related.
- Demonstrated experience supporting cross-functional initiatives and delivering measurable business outcomes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project coordination skills.
- Experience with category management, spend optimization, catalog strategy, or process improvement strongly preferred.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to influence across a matrixed organization.
- Ability to operate with accountability, urgency, and professionalism.
- Change management experience preferred.
