Manager, Biostatistics - Hematology

Role: Manager of Clinical Biostatistics in Hematology at Regeneron, supporting global development of hematology therapeutics. Responsibilities: collaborate with cross-functional teams (Medical, Regulatory, Data Management) to design and analyze clinical trials, develop protocols and statistical analysis plans, interpret data, and communicate results to stakeholders and regulatory agencies. Contribute to methodological research and provide training to non-statisticians. Qualifications: PhD or equivalent in statistics/biostatistics with over 2 years (PhD) or 7 years (MS) industry experience; expertise in clinical trial design, statistical methodologies, and software (R or SAS); strong collaboration, influence, and communication skills; understanding of drug discovery and development processes. High-Value: biologics or small molecule hematology drugs, early to late-phase clinical trials, global development environment, regulatory interaction, GxP compliance. Work Setup: hybrid (Tarrytown, NY, or Warren, NJ), on-site 4 days/week, with approximately 25% travel.
