Manager, Biomarker Operations

Role: Biomarker Operations Manager supporting clinical biomarker sample management across Moderna's trials, external biorepositories, and labs. Responsibilities: oversee sample lifecycle from collection to storage, review biomarker sections of protocols and lab manuals, finalize lab database specifications, monitor sample quality, ensure compliance with GCP/ICH and informed consent, coordinate with vendors, and develop process improvements and standardization. Requirements: Bachelor's in life sciences, 5+ years in clinical research with direct sample management experience, proficiency in Excel, strong understanding of GCP/ICH, and excellent communication skills.
