Manager, Analytical Engineer

Key Responsibilities And Major Duties
- Collaborate with the business to gather requirements and deliver data-products for data-informed decision-making.
- Develop a centralized data-layer; incorporate domain-specific data marts into a foundational core.
- Harmonize data across manufacturing sites, software, and platforms for enterprise consumption.
- Design scalable architectural solutions; define orchestration strategies across multiple data domains.
- Work in a governed metadata framework (documentation required).
- Use dbt to deliver documented, tested, DRY code.
- Follow analytical lifecycle/quality frameworks to deliver accurate data on-time.
- Drive innovative solutions to increase speed-to-delivery.

Qualifications/Degree/Certification
- BA/BS or higher required.
- Preferred: Computer Science, Physics, Math, Data Science, Pharmaceutical Science, or Engineering.

Required/Preferred Skills
- Proficiency with SQL.
- Experience scripting (Python/R).
- Knowledge of DAG-based and asset-based pipeline design.
- Version control (Git/SVN) and Agile development.
- Analytical/problem-solving ability; experience with agile/scrum desired.
- Ability to gather requirements and define technical solutions.
- Excellent communication/presentation; explain complex outcomes to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- dbt hands-on experience a plus.
- Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow, Microsoft suites; Databricks/DBT.

- Devens, MA: $106,220–$128,709; New Brunswick, NJ: $96,560–$117,008.
