Description:
Develop, implement, and support advanced analytical, machine learning, and forecasting solutions across Forecasting applications (primary focus: Commercial Demand). Hands-on delivery, technical depth, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to an Analytical AI community: collaborate with data scientists/forecasting SMEs; support adoption of advanced forecasting; share ideas to improve processes/tools/methodologies.
- Build and maintain AAI forecasting solutions: develop forecasting models (statistical/ML/AI); analyze large datasets for trends/patterns/drivers; translate business questions with Finance, Commercial, Market Access, and Analytics; monitor model performance and improve forecast accuracy/reliability.
- Communicate results, assumptions, and insights to technical/non-technical stakeholders.
- Support experimentation to validate assumptions and improve performance; maintain documentation.
- Apply forecasting/data science/ML best practices; stay current on evolving techniques; help scale standardized tools/templates.
- Collaborate on forecasting deliverables and presentations; support change adoption by explaining approaches and building trust.
- Support performance evaluation (accuracy/usability/business impact) and identify incremental improvements.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- BA/BS required (quantitative preferred); MBA/graduate degree preferred.
- Proficiency in Python/R, SQL, Tableau, and MS Office; Git and cloud environments (AWS/Azure) and/or commercial forecasting preferred.
- Excellent communication/presentation skills.
- 2–3 years hands-on advanced analytics/data science (pharmaceutical forecasting preferred).
- Proven experience operating large, complex multi-functional projects.
Compensation (full-time): $95,970–$116,287 (Princeton, NJ, US).
