Manager, AI Next Frontiers

Role: Manager, AI Next Frontiers, leading development and scaling of advanced AI capabilities within Johnson & Johnson's US Pharmaceutical marketing and field engagement teams. Responsibilities: oversee end-to-end AI product lifecycle—from ideation and design to deployment and performance analysis—aligning solutions with business needs and compliance standards; collaborate with data science, engineering, and design teams to integrate AI tools into CRM and engagement platforms; evaluate external AI vendors and establish best practices for AI adoption across commercial functions. Requirements: PhD or Master's in Data Science, Computer Science, or related field; 5+ years in AI, machine learning, or analytics, with experience leading AI-driven transformations in marketing, omnichannel engagement, or commercial operations; expertise in Generative AI, NLP, RAG architectures, and AI agents; strong communication skills and ability to translate complex needs into scalable AI solutions. Preferred: experience in regulated healthcare industries, familiarity with CRM platforms, and knowledge of commercial workflows.
