The Account Manager serves as the primary point of contact, partnering with Business Owners and Stakeholders across the organization, to provide high-level strategic, compliance and operational counsel for all consultancy needs.
Responsibilities:
- Foster long-term partnerships and serve as the point of contact within the therapeutic area of responsibility for Global HCP/Customer Engagements.
- Participate in planning for consulting engagements; establish schedules so annual plans are created and approved to execute consulting agreements.
- Work with Business Owners to understand strategies and tactics; educate them on formulating and defining program scope and objectives.
- Review and approve contract requests to ensure a legitimate business need exists.
- Oversee consulting engagement process from beginning to end, ensuring global compliance requirements and timelines are met.
- Ensure compliance with country-specific laws and company/department policies for interactions with HCPs, HCOs and Patients globally.
- Run reports to track activities against plans; communicate status and issues impacting program timelines.
- Build standardized communication templates and maintain training materials across diverse formats.
- Participate in department initiatives and cross-functional projects, including testing system updates and presenting training on enhancements.
- Proactively improve and streamline internal processes.

- Thorough understanding of and ability to communicate US/Global requirements for Group Consulting, Individual Consulting, Speaker Training, and Speaker Programs.
- Ability to provide solutions and contingency plans; authority and decision-making capability.
- Ability to leverage customer goals/priorities; strong partner who holds self and team accountable for results.
