Role: Management Trainee in CSL Plasma’s quality division, positioned for promotion to Assistant Manager Quality post-training. Objectives: develop leadership skills through a structured 6-9 month program, eventually overseeing plasma center quality operations. Responsibilities include trending deviations, conducting investigations, change management, staff feedback, and leading audits to ensure inspection readiness. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent, at least 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience; local candidates preferred. High-Value: plasma collection, quality assurance, leadership development, rotational training across production, center management, and leadership phases; program involves travel up to 25%, with relocation to Texas, Oklahoma, or New Mexico. Work setup involves intensive onsite training, classroom learning, mentorship, and cross-center support.
