Role: Management Trainee program designed to develop future CSL Plasma center leaders, with promotion to Assistant Manager upon completion. Responsibilities: undergo structured training across production, leadership, and operational management; oversee staff responsibilities, support continuous improvement, ensure compliance, participate in recruiting and performance management, and handle financial duties; support other centers through travel. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 1+ year supervisory or leadership experience; strong local candidate preferred. HighValue: direct experience in plasma collection or healthcare, leadership development, operational management, and readiness for promotion within 60 days of program completion. WorkSetup: 6-9 months training including classroom and field-based learning; relocation assistance; travel up to 25% within Michigan, Ohio, Indiana; reporting to Center Manager.
