Maintenance Technician – Utilities – Night Shift

Role: Maintenance Technician – Utilities at Amgen's advanced biotech manufacturing plant, supporting utilities start-up and daily operations. Responsibilities: perform installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of process and facility utility systems including steam, water, HVAC, and environmental controls; complete documentation and ensure compliance with GMPs and SOPs; collaborate with vendors and team members; participate in on-call support. Requirements: High School Diploma/GED with 1+ year utility operations or maintenance experience, or an Associate's Degree; proficiency in utility systems and mechanical maintenance, preferably within a regulated environment; experience with CMMS, interpreting P&ID's, and working independently. Preferred: 2+ years in utility operations, knowledge of plant utility equipment (chillers, boilers, compressors), and experience in GMP settings. High-Value: biotech manufacturing, process utilities, cGMP, night shift, highly regulated environment, on-call support. Work Setup: night shift rotation (2-2-3, 7 PM to 7 AM), with potential for remote work where applicable.
