Responsibilities encompass troubleshooting complex mechanical and utility systems, supporting building automation and environmental monitoring, coordinating vendor activities, and assisting with GMP operations such as shutdowns and cleanrooms. Additionally, the role involves documentation using CMMS, SOP revisions, and mentorship of junior technicians. Requirements: 4–6 years of hands-on maintenance experience, with at least 3 years in GMP settings; technical/trade school certification or associate degree preferred; strong troubleshooting, mechanical aptitude, and ability to interpret technical documentation. Proficiency with Microsoft applications and CMMS platforms is required. Preferred qualifications include mechanical/utilities certifications. High-value specifics: experience in biopharma manufacturing environments, working with process utilities, cleanrooms, and GMP compliance. The role necessitates working in various environments including cleanrooms, mechanical spaces, and utility areas, with physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and may require off-hours and emergency support. Work setup is on-site with safety and compliance as key priorities.
