Maintenance Technician II / III (Nights)

Role: Maintenance Technician supporting biopharma manufacturing operations at Biogen's RTP site. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, performing preventative and corrective maintenance on process equipment and utilities, managing work orders in CMMS, and supporting reliability and safety programs. Requirements vary by level: Technician II requires ≥1 year of regulated industry maintenance experience, mechanical/electrical knowledge, and CMMS familiarity; Technician III requires ≥2 years, troubleshooting skills, and familiarity with LOTO and asset management. High-value: biopharma manufacturing, cGMP compliance, process equipment, utilities, regulated environment, cross-functional collaboration, vendor management, and safety standards. Work setup: rotation shifts (alternating 10-hour nights, with planned transition to 12-hour shifts); physical ability to work in cleanroom gowning, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs.
