Position Summary
The Maintenance Technician II is responsible for the GMP preventive maintenance program, corrective repairs and building upkeep, construction, commissioning, and decommissioning of equipment, and supervising 3rd party contractors who perform maintenance, construction, and cleaning services.

Schedule
Onsite Tuesday to Saturday starting at 7:30am in Burlington, MA.

Position Scope
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance in accordance with SOPs.
- Complete detailed GMP maintenance documentation (completion, review, filing/retention).
- Interpret system documentation (blueprints, sketches, layouts, wiring diagrams, specifications, operating manuals).
- Assist in installation of new equipment and plant systems.
- Assist in decommissioning equipment and systems.
- Support cleanroom/lab/office construction (cleaning, sanitizing, construction work, contractor supervision, moving materials).
- Perform facility upkeep (painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical).
- Respond to urgent safety and/or spill requests.
- Conduct routine building inspections for reliability, environmental, and health & safety factors.
- Provide technical data for procurement of repair parts.
- Perform light material handling; other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 2–4 years of facilities and maintenance experience.
- Ability to work in controlled cleanroom areas wearing special garments and PPE.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work outside, including on roofs.
- Overtime/off-shift accessibility; On Call rotation required.

Preferred Qualifications
- Construction experience.
- Trade school certification.

Compensation
Hourly wage range: $24 to $31.25 per hour (actual offer based on qualifications/experience/skills). Bonus, incentive pay, equity and benefits may be provided in addition to base compensation.
