Maintenance Technician I - Technical Support

Role: Equipment Reliability Technician at Novo Nordisk's NC manufacturing facility, focusing on improving system and equipment reliability in aseptic fill and finish processes for injectable diabetes treatments. Responsibilities: perform corrective and preventive maintenance, troubleshoot equipment issues, support reliability improvement projects, lead event response, and assist with training process operators. Collaborate with technical support team, monitor performance trends, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards. Requirements: Associate's Degree or equivalent in a relevant technical field; 3+ years of industrial or military maintenance experience; strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, control systems, and automation (SAP preferred). High-Value: aseptic manufacturing, process equipment, pharma manufacturing environment, maintenance, troubleshooting, reliability improvement, GMP/GxP compliance, SAP, and automation systems. Work setup: onsite manufacturing plant; physically demanding environment with exposure to cold, hazardous materials, and noise; ability to work in confined spaces, at heights, and outdoor conditions; valid driver’s license for powered industrial trucks.
