Maintenance Technician I - General

Role: Maintenance Technician supporting process equipment reliability at Novo Nordisk's NC API facility, focusing on reducing downtime and supporting operations. Responsibilities: perform corrective and preventative maintenance, develop maintenance plans, interpret technical drawings, document activities in SAP, troubleshoot equipment using systematic problem-solving tools, and collaborate with process owners to improve equipment performance. Requirements: Associate's Degree or equivalent, 1-5 years relevant experience, mechanical, electrical, and control systems knowledge; experience with SAP preferred. High-Value: biopharma manufacturing, process equipment maintenance, pharmaceutical API production, regulatory compliance (GxP), and safety standards. Work Setup: rotating shifts, may include night, extended, or weekend hours, with physical requirements such as lifting, working at heights, and in adverse environments.
