Maintenance Technician

Role: Maintenance Technician supporting pharmaceutical manufacturing operations, focused on servicing, repairing, and maintaining process and utility equipment. Responsibilities: enhance equipment uptime, line efficiency, and overall effectiveness through troubleshooting, condition monitoring, and engineering change support; perform repairs on gearboxes, pumps, blowers, and other mechanical systems; document actions in CMMS (MAXIMO); ensure safety compliance and work effectively with operational teams. Requirements: high school diploma/GED; at least 1 year of automation and mechanical skills; ability to troubleshoot and operate precision alignment tools; authorized to work full-time in the US. Preferred: effective communication in English; proficiency with Maximo, Microsoft Office; teamwork skills; physical ability to work around hazardous equipment, climb ladders, and work in harsh conditions.
