Maintenance Technician, 12-hour Shifts 2-2-3 (7PM-7AM)

Role: Maintenance Technician at a pharmaceutical manufacturing plant, responsible for troubleshooting and repairing production and facilities equipment, ensuring compliance with safety and cGMP standards. Responsibilities: maintain and modify PLCs, VFDs, HVAC controls, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems; calibrate instruments; install and service manufacturing machinery; troubleshoot mechanical and electrical failures; work with engineering drawings and shop math. Requirements: High School Diploma; 3+ years in electrical troubleshooting, preferably with experience in pharmaceutical or manufacturing settings; knowledge of PLCs, VFDs, HVAC, hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical controls; basic computer skills. Preferred: technical college or vocational certification; welding and metal fabrication skills; familiarity with cGMP practices; ability to read schematics, SOPs; problem-solving skills. Work setup: 12-hour rotating shifts (2-2-3 schedule), onsite at Johnson City, TN; no explicit travel requirements.
