Maintenance Technician, 12-hour Shifts 2-2-3

Role: Maintenance Technician responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining manufacturing and facility equipment at a pharmaceutical production plant. Objectives: ensure safe, efficient operation of machinery and building systems to support manufacturing processes. Responsibilities: troubleshoot and modify PLCs, VFDs, HVAC controls, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems; repair mechanical failures; install and operate manufacturing/packaging equipment; work with engineering drawings and schematics; support cGMP compliance. Requirements: High school diploma; 3+ years electrical troubleshooting experience, especially with motor controls; basic shop math; computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook; ability to read technical instructions. Preferred: technical college/vocational certification; pharma manufacturing experience; welding and fabrication skills; familiarity with SOPs and safety regulations. High-value: pharmaceutical manufacturing environment, cGMP practices, HVAC, electrical and mechanical systems, troubleshooting PLCs and VFDs, equipment installation, working on GMP-compliant production lines.
