Role Summary
Maintenance Technician responsible for the reliable operation of a GMP Radioligand Therapies production facility. You will perform corrective and preventative maintenance on production equipment and facility systems, troubleshoot and repair process equipment, and interpret technical diagrams and specifications to plan and execute repairs. You will support 24x7 site operations, ensure documentation of maintenance activities in accordance with cGMP, and contribute to operational improvements, startup, commissioning, and investigations.
Responsibilities
- Perform corrective and preventative maintenance on production equipment and facility systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair process equipment with minimal supervision.
- Interpret technical diagrams and specifications to plan and execute repairs.
- Support 24x7 site-based operations and respond to urgent maintenance needs.
- Ensure accurate documentation of maintenance activities in compliance with cGMP standards.
- Provide feedback to improve operational procedures and training materials.
- Assist with startup, commissioning, and investigations related to equipment and processes.
Qualifications
- Required: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree.
- Required: Minimum 2+ years of hands-on plant maintenance experience in a GMP environment.
- Required: Ability to follow all procedures, policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Required: Experience working in a team with strong communication and organizational skills.
- Required: Proficient with MS Office, Building Management Systems, and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems.
- Required: Physically able to climb ladders and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Required: Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Required: Capable of wearing protective clothing and working in cleanroom environments.
- Preferred: Previous experience in aseptic fill/finish or radio pharmacy environments.
- Preferred: Completed training in handling radioactive or hazardous materials.
