Maintenance Tech

Role: Maintenance Technician supporting cGMP clinical and commercial cell therapy manufacturing, primarily focusing on mechanical systems and utilities. Responsibilities: diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC, clean room systems, refrigeration, cryogenic storage, and process equipment; perform upgrades and installations; support facility projects; ensure compliance with applicable regulations and documentation standards; and support quality events and continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements: B.Sc./M.Sc. in Biological, Bioengineering, or related fields or equivalent experience; at least 8+ years in industrial manufacturing or regulated environments, with cGMP cleanroom experience preferred; technical certification/trade certification; proficiency with CMMS systems; strong communication skills; ability to work independently and adapt to shift schedules.
