Role: Maintenance Systems Technician responsible for repairing, maintaining, and installing electrical and control systems in a manufacturing setting. Objectives: ensure equipment reliability, perform scheduled and emergency repairs, and support equipment upgrades. Responsibilities: troubleshoot and repair electrical and electronic systems, including PLCs (preferably Allen Bradley), drives, hydraulic, pneumatic, and control systems up to 480 volts; perform calibration, preventive, and corrective maintenance; interpret blueprints and schematics; assist with equipment installation and modifications; and contribute to safety and continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements: high school diploma or GED; valid driverβs license; and at least 5 years of experience in systems maintenance in private, public, government, or military environments. Preferred: two-year technical degree; PLC experience, especially with Allen Bradley; mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic knowledge; ability to read wiring diagrams; and readiness for up to 5% travel.
