The role also involves managing work order backlog, providing technical guidance on preventive maintenance, and continuously improving planning processes. Qualifications: High School diploma or higher; 6+ years of maintenance or manufacturing experience in private, public, government, or military sectors; with 4+ years specific to planning and scheduling. Skills: strong knowledge of maintenance processes, blueprint reading, MS Office, SAP, and ability to estimate labor and materials accurately; excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
