Maintenance Planner

Role: Maintenance Planner at Agilent's GMP API-biopharma manufacturing facility, focusing on equipment maintenance, calibration, and spare parts management. Responsibilities: coordinate troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, calibration activities, manage service contracts, oversee spare parts inventory, and handle change controls and audit readiness for the CMMS (Blue Mountain RAM). Requirements: University degree or equivalent; 4+ years in planning/coordination of GMP manufacturing equipment maintenance and calibration within pharma or biologics; 4+ years experience as CMMS owner/administrator (RAM, SAP, Maximo). High-Value: biopharma manufacturing, GMP compliance, calibration of industrial instrumentation (flow meters, pressure/temperature transmitters), maintenance of fluid handling and thermal control equipment, occasional travel, day shift. WorkSetup: full-time, on-site in Frederick, Colorado, with occasional travel.
