Role Summary
Coaches, supports, and develops the technical competencies of shift personnel to enable successful execution of manufacturing processes at the Product Supply Aseptic Manufacturing facility in Clayton, NC. This role focuses on improving maintenance performance, reliability, and efficiency across production lines to support quality and uptime goals.
Responsibilities
- Improve MTTR for all production lines by:
- Owning & improving organization & clarity of parts & functional locations in SAP
- Improving MWDs, FITs & other Maintenance Standards
- Improve MTBF for all production lines by:
- Reviewing unplanned maintenance & improving Maintenance Plans
- Moving Maintenance Culture towards Condition Based & Predictive Maintenance
- Driving Planned Maintenance efficiency through MN Boards, MRP & Maintenance Review
- Reduce Maintenance Cost by:
- Acting as Site Liaison for OEM – including Parts Complaints, ASL agreements, coordinating with other sites & monthly meetings
- Improving Stakeholder Relations with Production Teams, Maintenance Planning, Reliability & Metrology by utilizing the NN Way
- Other accountabilities, as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in technical field or industry equivalent experience preferred
- Minimum of seven (7) years of maintenance leadership experience in manufacturing, or equivalent industry/military experience required
- Experience driving process improvements/design using systematic methodologies; LEAN & Six Sigma strongly preferred
- Experience creating/improving FIT/MWDs required
- Knowledgeable in one or more of the following high-speed, automated systems: Filling, Formulation, Inspection, Assembly & Packaging preferred
- Able to develop & manage action plans to achieve targets preferred

- Physical demands: Moves equipment &/or supplies weighing up to 33 pounds; able to be on feet for extended periods; vision and color vision may be required; may involve climbing ladders, working at elevated heights, exposure to odorous and/or hazardous materials, and working in cold or loud environments; may require use of latex gloves; may require driving a powered industrial truck and passing a driving exam; does not require a valid driver's license.
